Booking, cancellation and refund policies.

Private sessions

You may cancel a private session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a refund. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Times are interpreted in the Europe/Oslo time zone.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and the session is considered used. Missed sessions are also non-refundable.

If you ask for a service to begin before the end of any applicable statutory cooling-off period, you understand that the right to withdraw may be affected once the service has been fully performed. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Digital products

Digital products are supplied for personal use. Access normally begins immediately after payment. Where required by law, checkout may ask for your express consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.

If a file is defective, missing or different from what was purchased, contact hello@womensecretcircle.com so the issue can be corrected. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

How to request help

Email your request from the address used for booking or checkout. Include the product or session name and enough information to find the transaction. Please do not send sensitive medical information by email.
